and attractive,it is one of the way which 
can be achieved.Of course,it is very difficult to make a separate schedule for fitness but we have to make it for ourself.

While working out in gym,

It is the only place to make our body fit,and the place to gain weight,loose weight,burn our calories too.
We may gain a shapeful body and it will give us a different motivated and courageous mind.
     

Yoga and meditation

It is different fitness attachment to the soul.It relaxes our mind and body veins.It meets our basic refreshment to our mind and body.It is an attempt make a link between body and soul ,make them work simultaneously.It can be done at early morning and evening time.Yoga is different from meditation.Yoga strengthens the body and the meditation make the mind and soul strong.




Jogging,skipping and playing

It is a simple idea to maintain our body. From kids to adults,everybody are engaged in this idea. For children's,playing is the best idea and parents should allow there kids to play at least an hour daily. Jogging is very much useful to adults ,senior citizens . While skipping is only for adults,an important one for athletes,military,etc,.

In all these things ,a common thing is that it can be done at morning and evening.
There is no age limit for all these things,only the will power is needed for all age groups.
At least follow any one of them and it is also enough  for our life..... :-)

Migraine

What is migraine?Its symptoms and the way to overcome the disaster.

It is a form of severe headache which may caused for 1 in 4 people.Nowadays, it is becoming very common in our world,even though a small school studying kid is also affected by this.It is very common in women and its ratio is more while comparing it with men.

Causes:

  • It is caused due to less consumption of food and water for someone.
  • For some people ,the reason is there problems and there tensions ,resulting in migraine headache.
  • The CFL bulbs are also found to be a new reason for this headache. While the breakage of the bulb.
  • The over working without rest in a hot sunny weather is also reason to be found.

Symptoms:

  • Severe one side headache .
  • Blurred vision in some cases.
  • Some of them affects the abdomen.
  • The headache sometime starts from one side to all over the head especially the back side .
  • Sometimes temporary paralysis.
  • Paleness.

How to overcome from this?

  • Meditating for several minutes.
  • Having a good diet.
  • Avoid fasting.
  • Avoid taking pills without doctor's advise.
  • By taking paracetamol and aspirin ,it can be controlled.
  • Good amount of sleep is required,at least 8hrs.
  • Listen to soft music.
  • Exercising.
  • While over headache, avoid visiting noisy environment.
  • And also avoid looking at bright lights.
  • Avoid smoking at that time of headache.
